Mr. Kishin Wadhwani also heads the Budhrani Trust Charity in Legos, South Africa, committed to the health and educational upliftment of local poor communities.

Banker by profession, Mr. Hegde retired from Allahabad Bank. As a Founder member of Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust, Mr. Hegde guides, motivates and promotes the cause of serving the poor and needy. In more than a full time role, Mr V N Hegde makes himself available for discussions, debates and engagement with his team members and partners in taking forward the cause of serving the poor and needy. Mr. Hegde has played a key role in the growth and professional development of the organisation.

Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Arun Arora brings in his immense experience of dealing with numbers to the table with his unique perspective. Mr. Arora has closely associated with charities and organizations committed to the social cause. He is associated with Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust since inception.

Ms. Basanti Roy is the former Director of Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Mumbai. She brings in immense experience of working with the State Education Department in various capacities. Started her carrier as a Science Teacher, Ms. Basanti Roy retired as the Divisional Secretary with the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education, Mumbai Division. She passionately orgainzed numerous training programs for school principals and teachers.She also initiated mid-day meals programme with the support of ISKON in Mumbai. During her tenure, she forged strong association with NIOS, Bal Bhavan, Y B Chavan Pratishthan and many others. Several newspaper articles and publications are to her credit touching various aspects of education. Presently she is advisor to some educational institutions .Her zeal to promote quality education for the underprivileged connects her to the work of N M Budhrani Trust.

Nimrata Dalamal has a wide experience of developing and managing businesses and has been instrumental in shaping many business ventures. A strong connect with people and efficient management of people is her forte. Compassionate and believer in humanity is what connects Ms. Nimrata with the vision and mission of Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust – and believes that every person has a right to dignified living and opportunity to utilise their full potential for the betterment of humanity and as a Trust committed to serve the poorest of poor – we must optimise every opportunity in betterment of economically most disadvantaged section in every possible manner.
