Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust (NMBT) is a charitable organisation which was established in the year 2002. Since then it has been a quiet yet powerful force for change, working to uplift the most vulnerable communities across India. It was founded by Mr. D.N. Budhrani, who rose from a humble middle-class background, worked tirelessly to achieve success. The Trust was born from his vision to help those who are deprived of basic needs such as health and education due to circumstances beyond their control. In honour of his mother and father, he established “NARAINDAS MORBAI BUDHRANI TRUST” with a clear mission to reach the unreachable. He often says that the support provided by the Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust (NMBT) is ‘God’s money,’ entrusted to be used in the service of humanity.

Guided by the motto, “To be happy, make others happy,” the Trust has grown steadily, focusing its efforts across four key domains: Health, Education, Community Development, and Disaster Response. The journey began with a health project catering to cancer patients. Later, fulfilling Mr. D.N. Budhrani’s vision of nurturing futures responsible citizens, the Trust introduced Value Education—a unique initiative aimed at imparting core values to students from lower socio-economic background. Over time, community development programs were added, providing financial aid, medicine, construction support, and many more, to empower families and improve living conditions. Today, Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust (NMBT) reach extends to lakhs of beneficiaries across India supported by dedicated teams, and strong grassroots partnerships. With many beneficiaries supported, our work embodies empathy and action—helping children access quality education and uplifting communities. With every step, we move closer to a world where dignity, health, and education are accessible to everyone.
