Currently we are open to hire for the following positions:

1. ASSISTANT PROGRAMME MANAGER, MUMBAI

As a person in this position, you will be the link between NMBT and NMBT -supported projects spread over various states. Your responsibilities will include partnership management, program management, grant making, assessing and providing inputs for partner’s capacity building needs in thematic and systemic areas through quality monitoring and evaluation. You will also have role in environment scanning, identifying areas/projects for NMBT’s intervention and planning and supporting networking efforts.

you’ll be using your professional skills and experience to develop and strengthen partnerships in bringing about visible change in the lives of marginalised sections of Indian society.

In your role motivating and managing the team involved in different project is imperative.

Experience and qualification: You must be a Graduate/Post – Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology / Anthropology / Rural Development from a reputed institute. You must have 4 – 5 years’ experience in the field of urban or rural development, having experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, interfacing with the government and other stakeholders. Initiative, ability to analyze and focus on outcome will be required to fulfil the role.

You should have experience and skills in grant making role, financial management aspects like financial statement analysis, knowledge & experience in financial system monitoring. You should have fair idea of program monitoring tools & framework. Strong documentation & reporting skills are required. Experience in result based programming and monitoring is preferred.

A strong written and oral communication skill in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of the local language and experience of having worked with communities would be an added advantage. You should be willing to travel extensively. We believe that a self-motivated person positive attitude with ability of setting goals beyond capacity can do justice to this role.

Compensation: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month

2. Project Coordinator- Community Projects

The candidate for the post of Project Coordinator will be based in Mumbai & will have to perform following roles;

  • Undertake home visits of beneficiaries (students/patient/poor and marginalized) of Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust’s various Community program.
  • Implement the project as per the objectives decided
  • Liaison with schools, NGO’s or stakeholders
  • Data reporting & data Management
  • Quarterly project visit
  • Event planning
  • Report writing

Desire Role:

Should have very strong leadership skill with knowledge and interest in community development and empowerment Processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work with Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Experience
  • Language preferences: proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi with Basic Computer Skills

3. Clinical Counsellor 

The candidate for the post of Counsellor will be responsible to provide clinical counselling to patient (Cancer, psychiatry, Haemophilia etc.) and Caregivers in Municipal and Charitable Hospitals of Mumbai & will have to perform following roles;

  • Pre & Post surgery counselling services for patients, care givers and family members to deal with the disease at various stages.
  • Establish linkages with other allied services available within the hospital premises and provided by other likeminded groups in and around city to respond to various needs of patients and their care givers.
  • Undertake home visits for family counselling in case of need.
  • Develop, nurture & promote Support Groups for cancer care through the Hospital.
  • Manage Data of patients & Project Reports as per the need & requirement of hospital Departments & Counselling Program.
  • Financial assistance: Assess the patient for Chemotherapy / Radiation therapy / any other support and guide him accordingly.
  • Enroll and take appropriate action (Financial support) if the patient meets Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust’s support criteria.

Desire Role:

Should have strong leadership skill with knowledge and interest in clinical Counseling.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Experience
  • Language preferences: proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi with Basic Computer Skills

3. Teacher for Value Education Program

The candidate for the post Teacher will be responsible to implement Value Education program in Govt. Private Schools of Mumbai & will have to perform following roles;

  • Conduct Value Education sessions in Schools / partner organization
  • Conducting Individual and Group Sessions /workshops with students on topic Career guidance, menstrual hygiene, Good touch bad touch, mental health etc.
  • Liaison with schools, NGO’s and other stakeholders
  • Event planning, Conducting Summer and winter camps in schools
  • Report writing
  • House visits for the student’s assessment

Desire Role:

Should have strong Communication skills with knowledge and interest in Value Education Program.

Qualifications:

  • Ed./any Graduates with teaching proficiency
  • Language preferences: English, Marathi and Hindi with Basic Computer Skills
