Summer Camp

Naraindas Morbai Budhrani trust conducts summer camp in schools every year for students. These schools are located in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. In Mumbai, the slum areas are located in Malad, Borivali, Kandivali and Goregaon.

Summer camp provides an excellent opportunity to students to engage in extracurricular activities, learn new skills and make new friends.

These activities were conducted with an objective to promote learning co-ordination, communication and decision making.

This offers students the opportunity to discover a range of new things while enjoying themselves.

2022-2023

The 2022-23 Summer Camp reached 241 students across Malad and Kandivali at Priyadarshini School, STS Mission School, and Rose Mary School. Key sessions included First Aid training by KEM doctors, a healthy diet talk by a dietician, and creative craft making.

Students learned emergency responses, the value of nutrition, and created paper bags and 3D greeting cards.The camp was interactive, informative, and well-received by students and school staff alike.

2023-2024

The 2023-24 Summer Camp, held at Sanskar Vidyalaya, Ramzan Ali School, and N.D. Patil School, engaged 235 students focusing on self-defense through Taekwondo, first aid awareness session, and creativity via paper quilling. 
This first aid awareness session was conducted in schools by Doctors from KEM Hospital. Students learned vital life-saving techniques, built confidence, and explored their imagination through crafts. The camp was interactive, skill-building, and appreciated by both students and school faculty. 

2024-2025

The 2024-25 Summer Camp, held at Sir JP High School, DAV High School, and STS Mission High School, focused on creativity, emotional expression, and life skills engaging 501 students from 1st to 9th grade. Activities included mask-making, clay modelling, treasure hunts, team games, talent shows, and financial literacy sessions. Students explored personality traits, screen-free fun, and stress relief through Dance Movement Therapy.

The camp offered joyful learning, boosting confidence, teamwork, and self-awareness. The artistic and fun activities were conducted for primary section. While students from secondary section were challenged with more intellectual and trivial engaging activities. 

2025-2026

The 2025–2026 Summer Camp, themed Career and Innovation, engaged 300 students from Std. 5th to 9th across Sanskar Vidyalay, Sanmitra Mandal Vidyamandir, and Manohar Hariram Chogale School. The activities included Shark Tank, KBC Quiz, Mission:Mystery, Expressive art, and Crack the code. They explored entrepreneurship, legal reasoning, general knowledge, and creative expression. Each activity encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. The camp provided a fun, hands-on learning experience to inspire future careers.
